PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER Terms & Conditions Last updated: July 2026 Welcome to PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER ("Mer.Made", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your booking of our workshops, your purchase of our products, and any services provided by PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER. By accessing our website, making a booking, purchasing a product, or participating in one of our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Eligibility By placing a booking or order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Bookings Bookings may be made through our website or one of our authorized booking partners. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been successfully received. Workshop availability is subject to capacity. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled workshop. Late arrivals may reduce the available workshop time.
3. Workshop Experience During the workshop you will design and customize your own bikini by selecting your preferred: - Bikini style - Colors - Straps - Beads - Shells - Charms - Accessories Our team will provide guidance throughout the experience. The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours.
4. Pricing & Payments All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are included unless indicated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through Xendit, our trusted third-party payment provider. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER does not store complete credit card, debit card, bank account, or other sensitive payment information. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER reserves the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed bookings and paid orders will not be affected by future price changes.
5. Age Requirements Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors during the workshop.
6. Health & Safety Participants agree to use workshop tools and materials responsibly. Please inform our staff before the workshop if you have allergies, medical conditions, or other circumstances that may affect your participation. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest's behavior creates a safety risk or significantly disrupts the experience of others.
7. Photography & Marketing Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please inform a member of our team before the workshop begins.
8. Personal Belongings Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
9. Limitation of Liability Participation in our workshops is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our workshops, purchases, or use of our website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property All intellectual property relating to Mer.Made, including but not limited to: - Our brand - Logo - Workshop concept - Website - Photography - Videos - Educational materials - Marketing materials - Product designs remains the exclusive property of PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
11. Gift Cards & Promotional Vouchers Gift cards and promotional vouchers: - cannot be exchanged for cash; - are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise; and - remain valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
12. Custom Products – No Returns or Exchanges Each bikini created during a Mer.Made Bikini Atelier workshop is customized by the participant and is therefore considered a personalized product. Accordingly, all customized bikinis and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after the workshop has been completed. This policy also applies to personalized products purchased through our website or other sales channels where customization has been requested. Our team is happy to assist throughout the customization process; however, the final design choices remain the responsibility of the participant. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
13. Website Use You agree not to: - use our website for unlawful purposes; - interfere with the operation or security of the website; - introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; - attempt unauthorized access to our systems; - misuse any information available on the website; or - use our website in a manner that could damage or impair its operation. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
14. Accuracy of Information We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors relating to pricing, availability, descriptions, images, or other content may occur. PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

If a technical issue prevents the completion of a booking or payment, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
18. Force Majeure PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: - natural disasters; - severe weather; - pandemics; - government actions or regulations; - power outages; - transportation disruptions; - labor disputes; and - other unforeseen events. Where reasonably possible, affected bookings will be rescheduled.
19. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
