Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Last updated: July 2026 We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure fairness for all guests, the following policy applies. More than 48 hours before your workshop You may: - Cancel your booking and receive a full refund; or - Reschedule your booking free of charge, subject to availability.

Between 24 and 48 hours before your workshop You may reschedule your booking once free of charge, subject to availability. Cancellations during this period are non-refundable.

Less than 24 hours before your workshop Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. Rescheduling is generally not available, except at the sole discretion of PT MERMADE BIKINI ATELIER in exceptional circumstances.

No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled workshop without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided.

Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled workshop. Late arrivals may still participate where possible; however, the workshop will finish at its scheduled end time to avoid impacting other bookings.

Group Bookings Separate cancellation terms may apply to private events and group bookings. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear.
